Extruded Profiles
Extruded profiles is a general term. When we say extruded profiles we talk about door seal strips,
window seals, o-ring cords and in general profiled rubber.
Extruded profiles are made on rolls. We have the possibility to obtain extruded profiles in both
massive and cellular rubber or even a combination of the two. We can also acquire extrusions with
metal inlays (clip strip-funcion).
Cellular Polyethylene (GC)
The material can be had in different densities that affects insulating properties and the softness.
GC means that the surface is coarse and the surface is usually a matter of preference.
Cellular Polyethylene (FC)
The material can be had in different densities that affects insulating properties and the softness.
Cellular Polyethylene UL94
The Firegraded cellular polyethylene is a popular choice in telecom and electronic industry.
A material we store in block form which means it can be easily split into any desired thickness.
Soft-Polyethylene
Popular insulation in the ventilation industry when it does not need to rebound continuously.
PVC Foam
Poron® - Microcellular PUR-Foam
PE-Layer
EPDM
Excellent aging and ozone properties.
Good acid and alkali resistance, as well as good heat and cold resistance.
Chloroprene (CR)
Good weather, ozone and oil resistance.
The allround option for gaskets, well suited for general industry environments.
Nitrile (NBR)
Excellent oil and good petrol resistance.
We store this material both flat and patterned (ribbed).
Cork, rubber bound
Rubber bound, good oil and petrol resistant cork rubber with a Nitrile (NBR) base.
SBR
Cost efficient solution, wear resistant.
Our NR/SBR material can be acquired in patterned and flat sheeting.
Typically used as floor-mats, or on shelves for protection.
Natural Rubber (PARA)
Soft, very elastic and extremely durable.
You often find this material in the toughest of environments. Such as the drilling and mining
industries.
Abrasive Rubber
Very durable material, good physical and mechanical properties.
Like natural rubber, this tough material you find in the most physically demanding industries.

Silicone
High temperature resistance, for both heat and cold.
Excellent aging properties.
FDA approved.
Fluorine Rubber (Viton®)
High quality and very resistant to acids, oils and solvent products.
Have a high heat tolerance.
Polyethylene, PE
Cost efficient plastic and low friction makes it well suited for example slide rails and spacers.
Could be had in black or natural colour.
Polyamide, PA (Nylon)
The material is very durable which makes it suitable for washers and spacers.
Washers made from Polyamide is also lighter and more cost efficient than most metal substitutes.
Polyesterfilm, PET (Mylar®)
Polyesterfilm has excellent electrical properties typically used as isolations in electrical enclosures.
PTFE (Teflon®)
PTFE has one of the lowest friction on solid materials. It also possess good chemical and acid resistance.
Polyurethane, PUR
A plastic material that reminds of rubber in flexibility and elasticity. Well suited in tough environments such as heavy duty machinery and drilling.
Polyester Foam
Excellent in absorbing high-frequent sounds such as screeches and machine noise.
Polyester/ether Filter (PPI)
Often used for filtrating dust, grease and coarser particles. The polyester/ether filter can be acquired in various PPI (pores/inch).
Bonded Foam
Recycled polyester/ether foam that’s been milled together with a bonding material. A cost effective solution.
O-rings
We distribute o-rings in American and European standard to be as wide as possible in our rubber assortment.
Molded Parts
We have a lot of moulded parts customized made for customers in all varieties of rubber and shapes.
Extruded Profiles
Extruded profiles is a general term that includes door seal strips, window seals, o-rings, cords and general profiled rubber.
Bitumen
Bitumen is an excellent structure-borne sound absorbent because it has a very high volume weight.
Bitumen Paper
Bitumen Paper is a firm bitumen material. Structure-borne sound absorbing is its prime feature.
Textiles / Felt
Textile or felt is generally a good option for high frequent sound absorbing purposes.
Excellent as squeak and rattle-sound dampening.
Synthetic Fiber
Synthetic fiber-material for high pressure and temperature demanding gaskets.
